Coffee Talk

You know That feeling you get, when you wake up in the morning and you have that nice, warm cup of coffee resting between your hands; and your snuggled up under a warm, cozy blanket. The whole house is quiet, and you have that warm sense of peace! I wish! I could have that feeling all the time! But we have work and life that seem to make that warm coffee feeling go cold during the day.

Daily interruptions have their ways of turning our coffee cold, that’s the nature of the beast, tis life! Its our job to warm that cup back up, and bring back our sense of warmth and peace that we had first thing in the morning.

  • Walk away from what’s triggering you and take 5 minutes to breathe

  • Meditate and come back to center when you get that overwhelming feeling running through you

  • Exercise regularly (it gives you some ”me” time)

  • Don’t go all day with out eating (Hangry is real!)

  • Color! Yes! Adults do it too! It’s relaxing!!


Do things that make you happy, especially right now with the Covid isolation going on. Whatever you have to do, to reheat YOUR cup of coffee, do it! Life it too short for a cold mug!
